受(shou)連續臺(tai)風(feng)特(te)別是臺(tai)風(feng)“溫比(bi)亞”帶來的(de)強降雨影響,山東部(bu)分地(di)區遭(zao)受(shou)嚴(yan)重(zhong)洪(hong)(hong)澇災(zai)(zai)害,給當地(di)群眾(zhong)的(de)生產生活造(zao)成了嚴(yan)重(zhong)影響和財產損失(shi)。我院(yuan)密切關注(zhu)受(shou)災(zai)(zai)地(di)區學生家庭受(shou)災(zai)(zai)情況,尤(you)其關注(zhu)因洪(hong)(hong)澇災(zai)(zai)害造(zao)成經濟(ji)困難學生的(de)返(fan)校就學問題。
8月(yue)28日,在接(jie)到(dao)省委(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)育工(gong)委(wei)、省教(jiao)(jiao)育廳下(xia)發(fa)的(de)《關于做好(hao)校園(yuan)安(an)全和學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)資助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)作的(de)緊急通(tong)(tong)(tong)知(zhi)》后(hou),學(xue)院立(li)即行動(dong),號召全院教(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)學(xue)習通(tong)(tong)(tong)知(zhi)精神,并啟動(dong)一次性困(kun)難(nan)(nan)(nan)補(bu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)應(ying)急預案,決定為(wei)災(zai)(zai)區困(kun)難(nan)(nan)(nan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)提(ti)供1000元臨時(shi)困(kun)難(nan)(nan)(nan)補(bu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)金,幫助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)順利返校。接(jie)到(dao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)知(zhi)后(hou),各(ge)系(xi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)電話(hua)、微信、QQ等多種聯系(xi)方(fang)式,全面摸(mo)排掌握了(le)(le)遭受洪澇災(zai)(zai)害家庭學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)具體情況。學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作處和財務處密切配合,加班加點(dian),第一時(shi)間完成困(kun)難(nan)(nan)(nan)補(bu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)支付(fu)(fu)單,以最快速(su)度將支付(fu)(fu)單報送銀行。全部資助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)流程(cheng)現已完成,我院47名受災(zai)(zai)困(kun)難(nan)(nan)(nan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)于30日領到(dao)該項補(bu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)金,確保了(le)(le)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)不因災(zai)(zai)害帶(dai)來的(de)經濟困(kun)難(nan)(nan)(nan)影響正常(chang)返校學(xue)習。
水災無情人有情,同舟(zhou)共(gong)濟渡難關(guan)。我院(yuan)學生資(zi)助(zhu)工(gong)作全面落實國家(jia)資(zi)助(zhu)政策,認真貫(guan)徹省(sheng)資(zi)助(zhu)中心要求,在(zai)重要事件和(he)重要時(shi)間(jian)節(jie)點上因勢而動(dong),充(chong)分發揮多種(zhong)資(zi)助(zhu)形式(shi)的作用,把學生資(zi)助(zhu)工(gong)作實化(hua)、具(ju)化(hua)、細化(hua),確保每一個家(jia)庭困難或突發困難的學生能夠(gou)順利完成學業。
