在2018年山東省職業院(yuan)校技(ji)能大(da)賽(高職組) “復雜部件數(shu)控多軸聯動加工技(ji)術”賽項(xiang)中,我院(yuan)機(ji)械(xie)制造與自動化(hua)專業學生崔康、葛新(xin)宇(yu)組成的(de)(de)參賽隊,在李升、陳玲芝兩位老(lao)師的(de)(de)指(zhi)導下(xia),與來自全省26所高職院(yuan)校的(de)(de)52名選手同場競技(ji),經(jing)過2天的(de)(de)激烈角逐,斬(zhan)獲一(yi)等獎佳績。
“復雜部(bu)(bu)件(jian)數控多(duo)軸(zhou)聯(lian)動加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)”賽項是以產品復雜零(ling)部(bu)(bu)件(jian)造(zao)型、多(duo)軸(zhou)聯(lian)動編(bian)程與加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)等(deng)實際工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)任務(wu)為(wei)載體,要(yao)求選(xuan)手在(zai)連(lian)續(xu)5個小時(shi)內完成產品零(ling)件(jian)的設計加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。主要(yao)包括(kuo)數字化工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝設計、復雜部(bu)(bu)件(jian)造(zao)型與數控編(bian)程、輔助零(ling)件(jian)數控編(bian)程與加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、數控多(duo)軸(zhou)聯(lian)動加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、零(ling)部(bu)(bu)件(jian)裝配與調試等(deng),涵蓋(gai)了(le)先進制造(zao)技(ji)術(shu)領域(yu)所需的主要(yao)知識點(dian)和技(ji)能(neng)點(dian)。通過競賽,主要(yao)考查學生的工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠精神、團隊協作(zuo)、計劃實施的綜合(he)職(zhi)業能(neng)力。
