為進(jin)(jin)一步加強工作(zuo)統籌,推動(dong)工作(zuo)落實(shi),7月11日,學(xue)院召開優(you)質(zhi)校建設推進(jin)(jin)會(hui)暨2018年上半年工作(zuo)總結(jie)會(hui),黨委(wei)書記(ji)王榮昌主持會(hui)議(yi),學(xue)院領導、優(you)質(zhi)校各項目組(zu)有關同志(zhi),學(xue)生處(chu)、招生就業處(chu)、財務處(chu)、資(zi)產管理處(chu)、總務處(chu)、安全保衛處(chu)有關同志(zhi)參(can)加會(hui)議(yi)。
會議(yi)聽取了(le)(le)優質校項目整體建(jian)(jian)設情況,9個項目組(zu)建(jian)(jian)設情況,資產(chan)采(cai)購、資金支出進展情況及(ji)有(you)關職能(neng)部(bu)門上(shang)半年(nian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi)情況的匯報,分析了(le)(le)當前優質校建(jian)(jian)設及(ji)學生管理、安全穩定等工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)存在的問題和不足,對(dui)做(zuo)好(hao)下一步(bu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進行了(le)(le)安排部(bu)署。
會議認為,今年以來(lai)特別是上次優質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)建設專(zhuan)題會議以來(lai),各項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)組按照進(jin)(jin)度安排(pai)和(he)會議要求群(qun)策群(qun)力(li)、加班加點開(kai)展(zhan)建設工作(zuo),有(you)(you)些(xie)(xie)(xie)任務目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)標(biao)已經超計(ji)劃完成,有(you)(you)些(xie)(xie)(xie)完成難度較(jiao)大(da)的(de)工作(zuo)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)已經找到了替(ti)代方案(an),整個(ge)建設工作(zuo)取(qu)得了較(jiao)為顯著的(de)成績(ji)。但目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)前優質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)建設進(jin)(jin)度不均衡,有(you)(you)些(xie)(xie)(xie)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)進(jin)(jin)展(zhan)較(jiao)為緩慢(man),資產招投標(biao)、資金支出(chu)滯(zhi)后,有(you)(you)些(xie)(xie)(xie)任務建設現狀距離目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)標(biao)差距較(jiao)大(da),個(ge)別建設項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)的(de)瓶頸問題仍(reng)未解決。相(xiang)對于建成國內領(ling)先(xian)、國際先(xian)進(jin)(jin)的(de)優質(zhi)(zhi)高職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)目(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)標(biao)而言,我校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)建設壓力(li)仍(reng)較(jiao)大(da)、困(kun)難仍(reng)較(jiao)多,必(bi)須依(yi)靠創新(xin)開(kai)拓新(xin)思路,依(yi)靠苦干實(shi)干干出(chu)新(xin)成效。
會議要求,一(yi)(yi)(yi)是優(you)(you)(you)勢(shi)力(li)(li)(li)(li)量(liang)聚(ju)焦優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校,把優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為學院(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。各(ge)單位(部門)要服(fu)從(cong)、服(fu)務于(yu)優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)局,把精力(li)(li)(li)(li)向優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),統(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)思(si)想(xiang)、統(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步調、統(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)行動(dong),全(quan)力(li)(li)(li)(li)以赴做(zuo)好這項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。年終考核中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)大(da)優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)比重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),強化(hua)(hua)正向激(ji)勵,努力(li)(li)(li)(li)形成(cheng)干事創業的(de)(de)(de)良(liang)好氛圍。二是瞄準重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)指標,在(zai)提(ti)升(sheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)效上下功夫。把建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)國家(jia)級、省級標志(zhi)性(xing)(xing)成(cheng)果(guo)和技術服(fu)務到款(kuan)額、科技成(cheng)果(guo)轉化(hua)(hua)等具有(you)橫向可比性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)量(liang)化(hua)(hua)指標作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian),進(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步解放思(si)想(xiang),針對(dui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)指標和重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)難點(dian)問(wen)題(ti)切實拿(na)出真招、實招、硬招,破解建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)難題(ti),提(ti)升(sheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)效。三是把握暑(shu)(shu)假關(guan)鍵節點(dian),推動(dong)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)果(guo)再上新臺階。各(ge)項目組要利(li)用暑(shu)(shu)期(qi)時(shi)間充足(zu)的(de)(de)(de)優(you)(you)(you)勢(shi),集眾人之(zhi)(zhi)力(li)(li)(li)(li)、匯眾人之(zhi)(zhi)智(zhi),集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)攻關(guan)解決難題(ti)。各(ge)單位(部門)要樹立一(yi)(yi)(yi)盤棋的(de)(de)(de)思(si)想(xiang),通力(li)(li)(li)(li)配合、全(quan)力(li)(li)(li)(li)支持優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)校建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),對(dui)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)遇(yu)到的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),要主動(dong)協(xie)助解決,推動(dong)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)項目順利(li)進(jin)行。
會(hui)議(yi)認為(wei)(wei),今(jin)年以來(lai)各有(you)(you)關職能(neng)(neng)處(chu)室按照年初工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)要(yao)點(dian),做(zuo)(zuo)了(le)大(da)量(liang)卓有(you)(you)成(cheng)效的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),為(wei)(wei)優質校(xiao)(xiao)建設(she)提供了(le)有(you)(you)力(li)(li)保(bao)(bao)障(zhang),但仍存在一(yi)些薄(bo)弱環節,需進一(yi)步加強(qiang)(qiang)。會(hui)議(yi)要(yao)求(qiu),一(yi)是做(zuo)(zuo)實做(zuo)(zuo)細學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)特(te)點(dian)強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)分類管(guan)(guan)理,加強(qiang)(qiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)紀(ji)律(lv)意識(shi),提高學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)遵守紀(ji)律(lv)法(fa)制的(de)(de)自覺性。抓好養成(cheng)教育,培(pei)養學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)良好的(de)(de)衛生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)習慣(guan)、節能(neng)(neng)環保(bao)(bao)習慣(guan)等。二是抓牢(lao)抓好安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。加強(qiang)(qiang)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教育,排除(chu)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患,提高師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)處(chu)理突發(fa)事件的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li),打(da)造平安(an)(an)(an)校(xiao)(xiao)園,為(wei)(wei)優質校(xiao)(xiao)建設(she)營造安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)穩定的(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)園環境。把留學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)納入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)理的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)內容,配備充足人員、強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)日常管(guan)(guan)理,確(que)保(bao)(bao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習活動順利完成(cheng)。三(san)是安(an)(an)(an)排部署好假(jia)期工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。暑(shu)期優質校(xiao)(xiao)項目建設(she)、綜合改革(ge)、校(xiao)(xiao)園基礎設(she)施整修等任務繁(fan)重(zhong)(zhong),外出培(pei)訓(xun)的(de)(de)領(ling)導(dao)干部也比較多(duo),假(jia)前(qian)各單(dan)位(wei)(部門)負責人要(yao)提前(qian)安(an)(an)(an)排部署好工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),確(que)保(bao)(bao)各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)順利進行。各部門之間(jian)也要(yao)加強(qiang)(qiang)協調(diao)溝(gou)通,打(da)好配合戰,為(wei)(wei)暑(shu)期各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)順利開展提供便利服(fu)務。
