近日,我院向省(sheng)教(jiao)育(yu)廳(ting)報(bao)(bao)送(song)《三措并舉 服(fu)務新舊動能轉(zhuan)換重(zhong)大工程》簡(jian)報(bao)(bao),獲(huo)省(sheng)教(jiao)育(yu)廳(ting)廳(ting)長(chang)鄧云鋒充分肯定(ding)。鄧廳(ting)長(chang)批示:“很好,可將山職(zhi)院的經驗做(zuo)法以省(sheng)廳(ting)簡(jian)報(bao)(bao)名義轉(zhuan)發,供其他院校學習借(jie)鑒”。3月29日,省(sheng)教(jiao)育(yu)廳(ting)《教(jiao)育(yu)工作簡(jian)報(bao)(bao)》(魯政簡(jian)074號)全文(wen)轉(zhuan)發我院簡(jian)報(bao)(bao)。
省(sheng)委(wei)、省(sheng)政府啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)實施(shi)新舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)以來,學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)積極響應、主動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)對標,根據鄧廳長來校(xiao)調研(yan)(yan)時的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)要求,深入調研(yan)(yan)、先行(xing)先干,迅速掀(xian)起(qi)投入服(fu)務新舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)熱潮。學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)把服(fu)務新舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)做為2018年工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)主題(ti),成立服(fu)務新舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)行(xing)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)領導小組,印發《關于認真學(xue)(xue)習貫(guan)徹(che)山東省(sheng)全面(mian)展(zhan)開(kai)(kai)新舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)員大(da)(da)(da)會(hui)精神的(de)通(tong)知》,組織(zhi)黨委(wei)理論學(xue)(xue)習中心組(擴大(da)(da)(da))專題(ti)研(yan)(yan)究學(xue)(xue)習,開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)服(fu)務新舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)大(da)(da)(da)討論,制定《學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)服(fu)務新舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實施(shi)方案》。學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)充分(fen)發揮(hui)軌道交通(tong)辦學(xue)(xue)優勢(shi),結合正在(zai)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)的(de)優質校(xiao)建設,著力(li)在(zai)專業對接產業、培養“齊魯工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)”、提升社會(hui)服(fu)務能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)方面(mian)下(xia)功夫、做文(wen)章(zhang),積極為我省(sheng)新舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)提供智力(li)與人才支撐。
下一步,學院一是要堅持固本強優,發揮軌道交通辦學特色,對接高端裝備、新一代信息技術等產業,重點優化升級鐵道機車車輛、鐵路線路運營、城市軌道交通、軌道交通裝備制造等4個專業群,申報城市軌道交通供電技術等新專業,加大高速動車組檢修技術等新上專業建設力度,打造符合新舊動能轉換需求、服務軌道交通發展的一流專業群。二是要加強校企合作,擴大學生整專業成建制頂崗實習和畢業生批量就業規模,啟動組建股份制(混合所有制)軌道交通學院,深化現代學徒制人才培養模式改革,注重學生工匠精神塑造,培養一批服務新舊動能轉換的“齊魯工匠”。三是要推進產教融合,搭建高水平科研和技術服務平臺。建設3個科研專家工作室、3個技能大師工作室、5個工程技術研發中心(協同創新中心),提高科研和協同創新能力。豐富學院培訓基地功能,提升服務新舊動能轉換的社會服務能力。推動城軌地鐵實訓真車技術、軟件技術、智能制造、生物制藥等技術領域的成果轉化,服務產業轉型升級。配合高鐵“走出去”戰略,啟動校企合作共建“海外學堂”項目。擴大培訓鐵路企業海外員工、外派員工培養規模,提升學生國際視野,推動學生海外就業。
